If you order less than £/€100 (excl. VAT) we only charge you £/€7.99 for next day UPS Express delivery.
If you’re in a rush and wish to guarantee next working day delivery (as long as you order before 4pm (CET) Monday – Friday) simply select the ‘Next Day Delivery’ option and we’ll get the goods out to you the same afternoon, so they arrive the following working day by UPS.

Delivery costs have to include VAT for UK and Europe and exclude VAT outside Europe. If you live in a VAT exempt country in Europe, VAT will automatically be deducted from the shipping charge on checkout.

Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?
When goods are shipped within the European Union there are no customs charges as the relevant VAT has already been paid.
Orders placed from outside the EU are not VAT charged and may be subject to taxes and import duties. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For further details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.
We have no minimum order values, so you can buy as much or as little as you like.
No Hassle returns
We have a no hassle returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your design.
So if the beads you’ve bought aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll refund them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and in original packaging.
Please return them to us with a copy of your invoice within 14 days. Please ensure that you ship them in a manner that will keep them from harm. When we receive the goods in good condition, we’ll credit it to your account for new orders.
Queries or Questions
On the rare occasion that you have received an incorrect item, you have a missing item or an item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do all we can to solve the problem. It is important for us that you are happy with the shipment.
